Listening to a talk about the intention of non-harming. I was reminded about an aspect I usually forget: emotional harm can hurt both parties but always hurts the one who harbors it. Meaning if you feel a lot of anger towards someone far away, you’ll be hurting even if the object of ire is totally unaware. Part of non-harming is to quit hurting hurting yourself. Anger is natural, but recognizing it can let it go away hopefully without hurting you. #Buddhism
