Just saw someone post about moving to a new node and to message them there instead... Would be cool if Mastodon could have inter-node account confirmation. Like, use your handle+domain and an API key to link accounts and route messages.
Would probably be pretty involved, but could be cool to have that kind of continuity if you wanted it.
@chris_martin The funny thing is that decentralized SnapChat is just the act of emailing your friends a picture.

Oh weird, the sync issues are making the web app and the iOS app display different messages! There was a message missing on web that displayed on mobile because mobile loaded after web and web never reloaded the _old_ messages, only the new ones!
